Projections

 Projections list w/ methods.

Shifting
A form of tulpamancy, where one creates and connects to a world construct.

Bilocation
A state of semi-projection. You are conscious and aware of your own body while also projecting your mind outside of it. A simple trance and separation technique should do it. Always visualise your body in first person.

To bilocate, get started by relaxing your body. Close your eyes and focus on the back of your head. Do this for a few minutes. Your body will start to feel heavy. Now, visualise your index finger bending back and forth. Do this a few times. Next, feel your arm bend, without actually bending it. If you feel weirdly disoriented after doing this after a few times, you are on the right track. Now, do the same with your hand. Visualise your hand opening and closing repeatedly. Do this with your whole body, visualise every part twisting and bending (like your elbows, wrists, neck, spine, etc.).

Another way is to visualize yourself running at a comfortable pace. Visualize your arms swinging back and forth and your feet touching the soft grass as you are running. Include as much visual detail and try to be aware of your imaginary surroundings as you are running.

After a while you might feel like you will be able to move without moving your physical body. You might even enter the vibrational stage. If you wait until the vibrations are over, then continue loosening you will eventually separate.

Astral Projection
The most popular kind of OBE. The astral body is separated from the physical body and projected to the Astral Plane. The astral body is still connected to the physical body through a "Silver Cord", which is supposedly unbreakable. The astral body cannot be harmed by any beings on this plane, except for other projectors. Most 'beings' are just manifestations of emotions and thoughts.

There are many Astral Projection techniques online. I suggest the Astral Projection subreddit. Try to enter the hypnagogic state (sleep paralysis) without falling asleep, then use a separation technique.

Regular Projection
This involves you projecting your mind to the physical plane, in real time. It occurs naturally after separation when one projects their mind outside their body, while keeping their brain wave state constant. While the projector can't be seen in this form, the projector can see physical objects. There might be lower-vibrational entities roaming around, but whether they harm the projector or not depends on where they're from.

To do a regular projection, project while awake. Enter a trance state, then bilocate. Try your best to transfer your consciousness completely. Keep the wake state, move around the room to make sure you won't fall asleep or lose focus. Use "Flashing" to teleport where you need to be.

Awareness Projection or Remote Presence
As the name implies, the person has to project their awareness to a certain place. When the user can feel if something or someone is in the area the awareness has covered. This is a type of sensing.

My Not-So-Secret Hobby

Photo by luis gomes You might or might not know this, but I started learning to code in 2021. A dear friend taught me the basics of Python, but it was essentially up to me to decide if I was going to further my self-education of this coding language. At the time he taught me about variables, loops, lists and dictionaries in 3 days. Even though it was a lot to take in, it was something I really wanted to learn, which made it easier for me to absorb. I was hooked, until I realized I didn't have enough knowledge to build basically anything, which led me to try and learn from freecodecamp. It didn't work for me, honestly. The lessons were "interactive" in a sense, but weren't split into episodes or chapters which would've made it easier to keep track of where I left off the previous session. I tried other sources on YT to no avail. Udemy was next. This one helped me immensely to build both skill and confidence in my ability to code. Though I'm still building ...

A dream about my grandmother

I just had a dream about my grandmother. Well, I actually had quite a few dreams about her before waking up, but the last one was really impactful. I was walking in church looking for a place to sit and found an open space, but people sitting in that space told me it's reserved for their family, so I had to get up and find someplace else to sit. I walked around and saw my grandmother sitting next to an open space. She saw me and immediately invited me to sit next to her. For the first time I experienced the feeling of deep wistfulness and longing, as the feeling I got when I saw her is comforting. I walked up to the open space and she said: "You've forgotten about me, haven't you?", looking visibly upset. The space she kept open was just big enough for me to sit down comfortably, as if she's been waiting for me all this time. I embraced her tightly and warmly, wondering if the break she took from our household has made her a bit stronger. During her last days ...

We don't talk about "Ego"

" 'anamorphic polymorphic ego' nascita(birth) " by  tommy the pariah[away]  is licensed under  CC BY 2.0 .  So recently I've been indulging myself into books that delve into the deeper sides of chaos magick. Most of what I've read are methods of achieving a positive headspace. In most cases, a negative headspace is caused by pre-existing illness or ill-attended self-care. Magick, including mystic arts, religious practices and educational facilities thrive off positivity, as it is needed to achieve flow: the mental state associated with full mental immersion, better output and absorption of information. One of the methods explained in Postmodern Magic by Patrick Dunn. I'll be paraphrasing from here. Sitting in a place high in sensory stimulation can induce magickal flow. Somewhere like a mall with lots of talking, for example. But not to the point of sensory overload. The has to be enough variety of stimuli to cause mental turbulance. Listen with all of you...
